Welcome to Vatell (the "Service"). By using our CRM, management platform, and marketing tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

1. Service Description

Vatell is a software solution for restaurants offering, among other things, inventory management, team management, and marketing tools (Vatell Marketing). The service specifically allows connection to third-party platforms like Facebook and Instagram to facilitate content publishing (e.g., loyalty and reviews).

2. Your Obligations

• You declare that you have the legal right to administer the professional accounts (Meta, Instagram, etc.) that you connect to the Vatell platform.
• You agree not to use our automated publishing tool to distribute illegal, offensive, spam content, or content that violates community standards of Meta or other platforms.
• You are responsible for the security of your Vatell account and credentials.

3. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service accessible 24/7. However, integration with third-party APIs (like Instagram) depends on the availability of these external services. We cannot be held responsible for the failure to publish content if Meta's API is offline.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vatell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. In no event shall Vatell's liability exceed the amount paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your personal space settings. We reserve the right to suspend your account if you violate these terms (particularly by engaging in behavior similar to spam).
