Vatell ("we", "our", "the application") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information, particularly in connection with our integration with Meta services (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Information we collect

As part of the use of Vatell Marketing, we may collect the following data:

  • Account information: Name, email address, establishment information.
  • Meta Data (Facebook & Instagram): When you connect your account via Facebook Login, we collect your user ID, your access tokens, the list of Pages you manage, and the profile information of your connected Professional Instagram account.

2. How we use your information

The data collected (and in particular that from the Meta API) is used exclusively to:

  • Allow you to view your account status from the Vatell dashboard.
  • Automatically publish content (such as positive reviews from your customers) on your Instagram or Facebook feed on your behalf, via our interface or our automated campaigns.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not use it for external advertising purposes.

3. Data sharing

We only share your data with secure infrastructure service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Vatell application. Your Meta-related information is never transferred to other unauthorized networks or third-party services.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data as long as your Vatell account is active.

How to delete your data (Data Deletion Instructions):

  • Revoking Meta access: You can revoke the Vatell application's access at any time from your Facebook account's security settings (Settings ᐳ Security and Login ᐳ Business Integrations).
  • Complete deletion: To request the permanent deletion of all your personal data stored with Vatell, you can write to us at privacy@vatellai.com or use the "Delete my account" button in your application settings. Your data will be completely erased within 30 days.
